The Spinach Paneer starts with finely chopped fresh spinach (palak) that we cook down with a flavorful blend of garlic, fenugreek leaves, and a careful balance of spices. Then we add savory cubes of our homestyle paneer (cheese) and serve with our turmeric rice. We keep this dish pa-neer to our hearts.

There's nothing like breaking bread with family around the table, especially when that bread is our delicious Garlic Naan. We make ours from scratch the way our family has for generations - by hand-stretching the dough, seasoning it with garlic and coriander, and baking it in a clay tandoor oven. It's the perfect way to scoop up your favorite sauce!
